Hi, my name is Thomas Cunningham and I would like to briefly introduce myself and my business  Cunningham Custom Services 

I have an extensive and rather diverse background of experiences and knowledge. I’ve worked 5+ years as a Real Estate Agent, 30+ years in Food & Beverage/Hospitality working almost every position you can think of, 3+ years in construction, mostly focused on custom interior trim, and literally a ton of other small jobs in multiple industries in between.

So, what does this all mean for connecting with you, your clients or other businesses ?

Great question and my thoughts exactly.

I created Cunningham Custom Services because I was finally ready to be my own boss, set my own schedule and become the reason for my own success.

I think my collection of experiences provide me the skills, knowledge and ability to provide excellent Customer Service, broad Communication Skills, friendly and professional engagement,  and a healthy Work Ethic to quite simply, get the job done well.

I’m starting out offering Handyman services in Asheville and surrounding areas. Focusing on roughly a 30+ miles radius but open to more if the job and opportunity is a good fit.
I can help with small drywall issues, light electrical: lighting fixtures, switches and receptacles, ceiling fans and etc. Light Plumbing: simple leaks, replace fixtures, etc. and a slew of other jobs/task.
